So we get asked a lot what’s the best way to actually take the green juice so you can do it any way you want.
But what I’ve got here is this four ways you can take on daily basis and also our customers do it this way as well but it’s up to you how you do it.
The first one is plan rain water straight out of the tank…..this is the way I take it every morning….2 teaspoons stirred into the water and away you go.
The second one is soda water or mineral water. Just as you would get from the supermarket.
Third one is a smoothie so with normal milk. Just stirred in well. I don’t drink it that often, maybe once a week when I feel like it.
And the fourth one is with juice. This is apple juice. If green juice really doesn’t agree with you, even though we think our green juice tastes fantastic, you can always add a little bit of apple juice or bit of pear juice….. but like I said I don’t do it all that often.
So let’s discuss them. The still water sample has that really nice smooth taste with a tiny bit of sweetness that comes from the stevia, natural vanilla and also the coconut and lemon that we have in a blend.
The soda water sample has a little bit of spritz a enhances certainly that of the lemon and the flavour is a little more enhanced than the plain still water.
Now let’s look at the milk or smoothie blend . It’s been sitting here a while so just needs a little stir. You can even add a little bit of fruit or blend up a little bit of banana, for example, and have a proper Smoothie.
It’s probably the most appealing in terms of taste. I think the smoothness of the milk just gives you that little bit of that that nice texture.
The juice obviously tastes a lot like apple juice, the sweetness does over power a little bit. But you know, like I said, it’s a great way to take it if green juice is just not for you.
But going right back to number one. This is why I take it daily. I actually really liked the taste. It’s refreshing, it’s raw, you can feel the goodness and taste the goodness in it. It’s one of those things someone said me other day when they tried it for the first time. They said it actually tastes really good. But you can you can feel and taste the healthiness in it.
That’s something we really like to hear. So there you go four different ways of taking green juice.
